As a rehabilitation centre that specializes in wild animal emergency rescues, it is seldom that SanWild receives an animal into its care that does not require immediate veterinary treatment or specialized treatment or hand raising. These costs can be significant. If you therefore feel inspired about the work that we are doing, you can contribute financially by means of the following options:
A. MAKE A DONATION - You can make a donation to SanWild
B. SPECIAL APPEALS - As and when special projects are run by the SanWild Wildlife Trust, appeals go up this website and also the main SanWild Website. You can support any of the special appeals by means of the on-line payment gateway or by means of a direct banking transfer. C. BE A SANWILD MEMBER - To find out how you can become a regular monthly contributor and supporter please go to the Become a Member page on this website. D. BOOK A HOLIDAY - To help raise funds for our emergency rescues and the resource management of the reserve SanWild constructed a stunning private bush camp in the 6000 hectare SanWild Wildlife Sanctuary. If you are contemplating a holiday in the southern African bush, you should most definitely consider booking your next holiday with us. VOLUNTEER - SanWild does not run commercial volunteer programs; in other words we do not expect volunteers to pay us to visit the reserve, but we only require a very limited number of people to help us out with very specific projects. BECOME A RHINO GUARD To help protect rhinos on various private game farms in South Africa, we have set up a volunteer rhino guard program. Kindly please note that only physically fit men between the ages of 25 - 55 years of age are considered for placement. You must also have previous military, conservation or anti-poaching experience to qualify. Should you be interested please email Louise Joubert on louise@sanwild.org for more information. G. CORPORATE SPONSORS - Every year SanWild identifies and launches specific rescues projects or aim to construct more rehabilitation units or holding and release camps. Such projects may vary from a large predator introduction program or to construct a new waterhole or dam that in return give refuge to a number of wild animals or birds. We welcome corporate sponsorship in exchange for "time-out" in the Savannah Bush Camp. Of course should you simply choose to donate products without exchanging it for time in our camp, we would gracefully accept your donation in product and publish your contribution on our websites.
